The capture module allows you to capture all of your member’s documents with ease.
It also facilitates you to easily capture all cheques and any other documents required.
Simply press the “Start Scanning” button to commence capturing.
The index module is designed to be quick and easy and allows you to index your member files as required. These fields can include member name, membership number or document type. It can be easily customised to meet your requirements.
The retrieve module is simple to use and extremely secure. Type in either the members name or number and all the documents related to that member will appear.
From the viewing screen you can view the document in full page or thumbnail views. Usually the system is configured to show the most recent pages first. From here you can view, print, email or annotate your document as required.
This module is designed to be a user friendly way of configuring your system to provide you with the most effective way to capture and retrieve all of your documents. The fields and location of your documents are configured here.
